FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days using CJ Packet, YunExpress, or USPS. However, provider and shipping times may vary. Flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 applies to US orders, a flate rate fee of $4.95 applies to International orders with the exception of Australia and the United Kingdom, which have a flat rate shipping fee of $4.58.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We currently only accept returns and exchanges if the item arrives damaged or not as described. We will refund the full order amount.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@zorenna.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
